Crofton Quay Phase I, II, III and IV are currently under development with “in service” dates for Phase I as early as Summer of 2010. Sales of the residential units will commence in early Fall 2009. Space will be limited and dedicated berths in the marina will only be offered to unit owners of Phases I and III.
