cottage is rich with Crofton history. The residence is
rumoured to have been the home of the Mill Foreman for
the Crofton Smelter - circa 1904.

The cottage is set up as a duplex with two separate suites. 
Each Suite is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen,
bathroom, living room, fireplace (propane) and a BBQ.
The property is located next to the Crofton Small Craft
Harbour, the BC Ferry to Salt Spring Island and the community
boat ramp.
